What it is
Open-source RC system — TX/RX modules from Radiomaster, BetaFPV, HappyModel.
Packet rates 250 Hz–1000 Hz for racing and freestyle.
Binding and EU regulation
Use CE/ETSI approved TX power for your country (2.4 GHz LBT in the EU).
Bind phrase — keep private; never transmit without an antenna.
Betaflight — CRSF protocol, RSSI on OSD, failsafe stage 1/2.
Legal flight
ELRS is only the link — UAS registration and A1/A3 still apply.
FPV on goggles — visual observer or VLOS per national practice.
