How to book the exam in Kaunas

TKA exams in Kaunas are booked through the utm.ans.lt portal. Select the Kaunas exam centre to see available slots — exams are typically held on weekdays, morning or early afternoon.

Registration closes at the deadline shown in the portal (usually 1–3 days before). You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to confirm your seat.

What to bring on exam day

Required: a valid identity document (passport or national ID card). Mobile phones and headphones are generally not permitted in the exam room.

Bring water and snacks if the exam is early morning or over lunch. Arrive at least 15 minutes early — registration and room preparation take time.

Mock exams before your Kaunas sitting

The final week before the exam is for consolidation, not new topics. Complete at least 3 full timed mock exams — 40 questions for A1/A3 or 30 questions for A2 — under real exam conditions.

If your mock score is below 80%, consider postponing the booking and spending another week on your weakest topics. An 80% mock score typically translates to 75–82% in the real exam.

On exam day in Kaunas

At the TKA Kaunas centre, present your documents and take your seat at a computer terminal. The exam is computer-based — answers are selected on screen and a countdown timer is visible throughout.

Results are announced immediately or within a few hours. If unsuccessful, analyse your mistakes systematically and rebook only after focused remedial study.
