After 120 days, access to tests closes, but your results history stays in your account.

Refunds. Access to learning material is granted immediately after payment, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, digital content exception).
Refunds are available when:
- duplicate payment for the same access
- technical failure on our side that prevented access or left it unusable for more than 48 hours
- wrong module purchased if you have not accessed the material
