License terms

A2STS premium access is granted as a personal, non-transferable license for one individual preparing for exams.

The license does not guarantee passing your official NAA exam - this is a preparation platform only.

A personal license allows up to 2 devices signed in at the same time (e.g. laptop and phone).

When you sign in on a new device at the limit, the oldest active session is disconnected automatically.

Sharing one account with other people under a personal license is not allowed.

For multiple separate accounts, purchase a Family (up to 3 people) or School (up to 10 students) plan - each member gets their own account and progress.

• Family plan: up to 6 concurrent devices across the group
• School plan: admin dashboard and reports (per agreement)

If we detect unusual activity we may warn you, require re-verification, temporarily lock sign-in, or suspend the account while reviewing.

14-day refund applies if you have not started using the course - see the refund policy.

License violations (commercial account sharing) may void refund eligibility.

For session security we store IP, device type, and coarse location from server headers - no browser fingerprinting.

Security logs are retained for up to 90 days.
