1. Introduction
Welcome to the A²STS online platform, available at https://a2sts.eu (the "Platform").
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between the Platform operator (operator of the website A2STS.eu (legal@a2sts.eu), the "Administrator") and you (the "User").
By using the Platform or any service provided on it (learning, tests, exam simulator, account management, paid services, etc.), you confirm that you have read the Terms, understand their content, and agree to comply with them.
A²STS is a preparation platform for EASA A1/A3, A2 and STS exams. It is not part of the Transport Competence Agency (TKA) or any other government body and does not organise official exams.
2. Account and login credentials
The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date registration details (email, password, optional name).
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all actions performed through their account. Store your password securely and change it promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Administrator may restrict or delete an account if the Terms, applicable law, or Platform security are violated.
You may request account deletion by email at legal@a2sts.eu.
3. Scope of services
The Platform enables preparation for drone pilot theory exams: A1/A3 learning material, A2 and STS simulators, statistics, explanations and related features.
The free A1/A3 base is available to registered users under the conditions stated on the Platform. Additional A2, STS or Bundle services are provided for a one-time fee unless stated otherwise.
The Administrator may change the scope of services, question banks, features or prices by notifying users on the Platform, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Paid services and payments
Paid services are processed through the Stripe payment system. Prices on the Platform are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Premium plans (A2, STS, Bundle) are activated by a one-time payment and provide access for 120 days from activation. There is no automatic subscription.
After successful payment, the User receives access according to the selected plan for the stated period. Accounts are personal — sharing login credentials or using one payment to serve multiple people is prohibited.
Refund policy follows applicable law and is considered on a case-by-case basis by email. Generally, successfully activated digital services are not eligible for refund once the service has been provided.
5. User conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- violate Lithuanian or EU law;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, databases or other users' accounts;
- distribute malicious software or automate load in a way that harms the Platform;
- share an account, login credentials or premium access with others;
- copy, distribute or sell Platform content without written consent from the Administrator;
- provide misleading information or impersonate another person.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform content (questions, explanations, design, software, trademarks) belongs to the Administrator or is used under licence. It is protected by copyright and other applicable law.
The User receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal exam preparation. Commercial use of content without consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Administrator is not liable for uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or guaranteed exam success as a result of preparation.
Learning material is based on EASA requirements and good practice, but may differ from the exact content, wording or procedures of the official TKA exam.
The Administrator's liability to the User is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the last paid service within 12 months, or EUR 5 if no paid services were purchased.
The Administrator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or data loss arising from use of the Platform.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 15 days, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Administrator's registered office (or place of business), where applicable.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Administrator may amend the Terms. The updated version is published on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
