Zezwolenia na filmowanie wydarzeń

Filmowanie wydarzeń dronem obejmuje koncerty, wesela, wydarzenia sportowe i inne spotkania. Struktura zezwoleń zależy od miejsca, wielkości tłumu i przestrzeni powietrznej.

The event organiser is often responsible for obtaining venue permits. The pilot must still hold a personal licence and insurance — an event permit does not grant flying rights.

Tłumy i wymogi bezpieczeństwa

W kategorii Open zabronione jest przelatywanie nad tłumem (zgromadzeniami osób) nawet dla posiadaczy certyfikatu A1/A3 lub A2. Filmowanie nad tłumem wymaga zezwolenia STS-01 lub specjalnej kategorii.

Alternative: film from an angle that avoids the direct flight path over people. This is possible with A2, maintaining the 30 m distance rule.

Ubezpieczenie filmowania wydarzeń

Event OC insurance must cover third-party harm including event attendees. Standard UAV insurance policies may not cover public events — check the policy terms.

Some events require an additional event liability insurance policy. Coordinate with the event organiser on insurance requirements before accepting the job.

Wymagany poziom licencji

For remote event locations (e.g. rural outdoor weddings) — A1/A3 may be sufficient. For urban events near people — A2 or STS.

If the event is in a CTR zone or near an airport — ATC permission is required regardless of the pilot's category. Check utm.ans.lt before accepting every event booking.
